Fredericksburg-Based All In Solutions VP of Operations Selected for U.S. Men’s Senior National Team (Over-40) World Cup Squad
Local executive to represent the United States at the 18th Seniors World Cup in Thailand, June 1–7, 2026.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA – All In Solutions, LLC (AIS), a Fredericksburg-headquartered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Woman-Owned Small Business specializing in mission enablement, IT services, and medical readiness programs, announces that its Vice President of Operations, Lucas “Luke” Tickner, has been selected to the U.S. Men’s Senior National Team (Over-40) training squad in advance of the 18th Seniors World Cup, to be held June 1–7, 2026, in Bangkok, Thailand.
Tickner’s selection places a Fredericksburg executive on an international stage, as he joins 33 elite players from across the country competing for a final 25-man roster that will represent the United States in senior-level World Cup play.
The Seniors World Cup, founded in 2006 to help revive tourism after the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, brings together national over-40 teams from around the globe. In 2025, 10 nations competed, including the USA, England, Iran, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Paraguay, and Uruguay. For 2026, games are expected to be held at multiple venues in Bangkok and may be streamed online, allowing fans in Fredericksburg and across the United States to follow the action.
Although the tournament is not affiliated with U.S. Soccer or FIFA, the U.S. Men’s Senior National Team (USMSNT) is widely recognized as the national team for senior-level play. After not participating from 2015 through 2024, the team was successfully restarted for the 2025 tournament. Interest has surged, with more than 150 players in the national player pool and a rigorous, year-long player identification process that included four ID sessions across the country.
Tickner, who resides in Alexandria, VA, was one of a select group invited into this elite pool and has now been formally named to the 33-man training squad. The USMSNT will hold its final pre-World Cup training camp May 22–27, 2026, at Riverview Park in North Augusta, South Carolina, featuring intensive training sessions, high-level exhibition matches, and the final roster selections.
As Vice President of Operations, Tickner oversees AIS programs supporting customers such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, NASA, and other federal partners. A former U.S. Air Force officer and Project Management Professional (PMP), he supervises more than 300 personnel delivering complex IT, program management, medical readiness, pharmaceutical and case management services nationwide. His selection to the USMSNT reflects the same qualities he demonstrates in his leadership role at AIS: resilience, strategic thinking, and high-performance teamwork.
AIS’ culture emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and mission focus, values strongly aligned with high-level competition. The company, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Fredericksburg, VA, is led by a retired USAF General Officer and former VA Under Secretary for Benefits and employs a workforce heavily comprised of Veterans, military spouses, first responders, and members of underserved communities. AIS is proud to see one of its senior leaders bring that same ethos to international competition.
