All In Solutions Awarded $149M Contract to Support Veterans Affairs CMOP in Charleston

FREDERICKSBURG, VA – January 2, 2026 – All In Solutions LLC (AIS), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), has been awarded a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract to provide pharmacy support services to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Ladson, South Carolina. The contract, valued at approximately $149 million, includes a five-year ordering period.

Under this contract, AIS will provide pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and shipper/packer services to support operations at the Charleston CMOP facility. This award represents a significant expansion of AIS’s healthcare support services portfolio and reinforces the company’s commitment to supporting critical Federal healthcare infrastructure.

The Charleston CMOP is part of a network that supports Veterans across all fifty states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories. The facility processes approximately 15 million prescriptions annually, making it a vital component of the VA’s healthcare delivery system.
